I am trying to upgrade my phone, but it won't accept my bank card. How do I go about sorting this out?

Hi @Channa,

Welcome to the Community!

Is the bank card in your name and registered to the same address as the one on the iD Mobile account?

If the address is different’ on either you’ll need to update them so that they match.
