upgrade from sim only to monthly plan

Hi. I've been on sim only 1 month contract with IDmobile for about 1 year and thinking on 24 month contract with a phone. How do I proceed on this case as I want to keep my number? Also, is there a discount for existing customers?

Login to your “My iD Account” online, or the iD app @plysak.

Your current upgrade offers will be shown there, when you’re signed-in.
If you upgrade while you’re signed-in to your iD account, you’ll keep your number.

 

Hi. Thanks for your response however the phone I am after doesn't come up there on my app so need to do it from outside my account.

Try giving the iD Mobile sales team a call on 020 7139 1397 and tell them what it is you want and see what they offer you on an upgrade deal. Good luck 🤞

If you aren’t seeing the upgrade offer you’d like in the iD Mobile app/website I’d recommend the same as @WelshPaul with calling the sales team to see if there’s anything further they can offer.
