Hi I wonder if anyone can advise me I’ve just upgraded phone today but but my app is showing me recommended upgrades still hours later so I’m wondering if I’ve not upgraded my phone but just taken out another contract as the app was playing up and on the confirmation email it’s showing a different phone number to mine So any advice would be greatly appreciated

When you process an upgrade, this only reflects when the phone has been dispatched as this is when the transaction is closed on the system. You should also receive a text message once the upgrade has gone through.
