Upgrade plan

Hi, there’s a plan showing on my Upgrades page that is same price as my current plan (£5/month) but with more data (3GB)

I’d like to change to the new plan, but I don’t want to have to give payment details again, get a new SIM, move phone number, etc

Would you be able to change my current plan to match one shown on your Upgrades page?

If the upgrade offer is shown in your iD account online when you are signed-in @Joanne847, you’ll simply change to that plan if you proceed. If you’re keeping the same phone after you upgrade, just carry on with the same SIM. No new payment details are required.
