I have a sim only monthly plan with id mobile ive just upgraded to a monthly plan with a phone it says my plan is 10gb where my sim only was 50gb will my sim only plan be cancelled now ive upgraded or will i be paying both plans?

If you’ve upgraded, your plan in the app will automatically update soon.
If you’ve purchased a new connection and been given a new number, this would be completely separate to the existing plan.

If you’ve got an iD online account, any upgrade you’ve purchased would be shown in your iD account
If you purchased one of the eligible upgrade offers, shown in your iD online account (or iD app), the existing contract is superseded by the upgrade contract, i.e. monthly cost of new handset + line rental only.
If you purchased a new connection instead of an upgrade, you’d be paying for both contracts.
