Upgraded but something wrong

I was due with my plan in October and I saw option to upgrade already to new plan so i opt in for a sim only 70gb promotion. I thought I will still finish September with my normal unlimited everything plan as it was a 24 month contract and automatically get upgraded to new pay monthly 1 month 10£ subscription. Now I got message that i have 4GB left on my new plan that shows 21GB left, is this some sort of mistake from your end?

1. I should finish my September with old plan and upgrade should kick in starting with new bill in October

2. my new plan has 70GB, not 21GB

This is a big problem as I was using my phone as hotspot so unlimited was perfect but now i am moving to a broadband bit its due to arrive only on 7th of October so I might be short on data, any suggestions?

 

Is this even customer service or  forum with other customer? lol

Could you let us know a little more about what’s happened here and what the issue is?

 

Are you on a 70GB deal or something else?

 

If you’ve upgraded to a different plan, you’ll be switched to that soon after, if it’s a lower allowance it’s switch to that for the remainder of the month.
