When buying a new contract do you just pay the upfront cost first or the monthly cost aswell

Hi @Owen_Jack02,

 

If it’s an upgrade you like suggest in your title, you would pay the upfront cost immediately, and then the new monthly cost would come out on the date you expected your previous monthly cost to come out on.

 

If it’s a new line, then it’s still the upfront cost immediately that comes out, and you’ll find out when the monthly cost comes out on a Welcome Email we’d send out.
