URGENT: dont have simcard and need to cancel contract within 30 days

Hi, 

 

I took out an ID mobile contract in March of 2020 which is coming to an end. I never used the SIM card and do not have access to it anymore, and it was under my name. 

 

How can I cancel my contract? I need to do it before Jan 26 2020 to provide 30 days advance notice.
