Hi I'm trying to transfer my number from giffgaff to ID. I got a the ID contract but had a month of minutes to use so kept my number on giffgaff. Now I'm ready to switch, I got the pac code and used it on the site area but it said there is something wrong with the information I'm providing. Can you help me with this?Â
