using my data in Europe

I have been in France, Italy and Switzerland for past 8 days and I have message saying..

1. I've usdd my credit limit of £25, but I've made a payment to clear this...but it hasn't cleared.

2. I'm being charged for data and received messages about out of bundles data usage. I have loads of data left on my account and bought more.

3. I tried to send a text message but it fsiled. International roaming is on and I've switched phone off and on a couple of times.

Please help.

Okay @robomower, this probably needs somebody at iD to look at your iD account - community members can’t see any iD account details.

The iD Mobile staff only read users posts in this forum once a day, and sometimes it’s less frequent.
If you don’t mind waiting, you can discuss the issue with iD here in the community.

Alternatively, get more immediate assistance from iD support by using their online live chat service, through Facebook Messenger, or send a Twitter DM (direct message).

These support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).
