Uswitch upgrade for existing SIM-only plan

I have an existing 30 day SIM-only plan but ordered a Black Friday plan from uSwitch which offered an improved data package but is otherwise identical. I thought this was an acceptable way to upgrade, I don’t want two separate plans. I have now received a new SIM with a different number. Can these two be amalgamated by Customer Services?

Okay @afperry, if you don’t upgrade, or change plan, while you’re signed-in to your My iD Account online (or iD app), it won’t be an upgrade or change - you get another plan.

The iD team won’t be able to merge the two plans.

If you don’t want to keep both plans, you’ll need to cancel one of them.
