Valid Three PAC not being accepted by IdMobile website

Help, I’m trying to transfer my mobile from Three using a PAC, which I’ve just recently received.  The IdMobile website just says “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again”.  

 

Anyone got any ideas?

No, it starts with a 1.

Okay @RichardGillis, that’s the problem. All iD Mobile transaction codes begin with the number 4.

My transaction code was on the invoice I received with the item I purchased from iD Mobile (a SIM only plan).
