I think the workaround is to login to your iD account from https://my.idmobile.co.uk.
I'm using a Google Pixel 6 Pro. If that's any help to anyone out there who may be able to help with my question.
I cannot open my bills in the app.
Following the instructions on the message doesn't help as there's no 'storage' option.
