I’ve just moved over from vodaphone, I’ve gone to dial my voicemail as I have messages pending in there and it keep saying my cap limit is £0 when it’s set at £25. Anyone know what’s happening or what to do please 😩

Calls to iD voicemail, from an iD SIM card, are included in your allowances
Assuming you’ve switched your mobile number to iD, it sounds like your voicemail hasn’t been setup properly after switching - this can happen if your Vodafone voicemail had messages pending at the time you switched.
The online iD live chat team should be able to assist with this - the agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
