Voicemail delay - how do I change this?

Does anyone know how to change the default delay (30 seconds) before diverting to voicemail.

I saw a post suggesting **61*123**nn# (where nn is the delay in seconds), but this also suggested that using it stopped their voicemail working completely.

I believe the delay is a network wide setting, not something you can configure for an individual device.

The iD voicemail service itself is managed and operated by Three UK (iD Mobile’s network partner).

Hey @hotchilli66,

In the past the code:

**61*123**XX#

Is the one that’s used

XX being the length of time in seconds. e.g. **61*123**15#  would be 15 seconds.

Sometimes this code may need you to then update the number voicemail forwards calls to as I have seen some posts advise that this gets changed after using the code.

Most modern phones don’t use these codes now but you can always try if you’d like.
