My Iphone 13 is just over 3 weeks old and the voicemail will not work. Phone rings after 7 rings goes to what should be voice mail but phone self answers and the caller can hear background noise but not the voicemail. Tried Currys - no help tried customer service - no help had a reference number - not my problem- back to customer service .Currently voicemail is turned off. Good start to ID Mobile service
