Hi, 

I am waiting on a confirmation email for my order which was placed last night but still haven’t received one. I have tried the chat to us but there is no option to start a new conversation.

 

can someone please help

Try calling the iD telephone sales team on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.

I’ve you’ve got an order reference number, have that ready!
