I already have a phone sim. I wanted a separate data sim for my 4g router, but it appears that my phone sim has been upgraded.

How do I resolve  this?

Hello @Iain Morrison,

You’d simply purchase a brand new SIM only contract and this will exist separately to the contract you’re already on.

If you wanted to reverse the upgrade and are within the returns period I can drop you a private message also to help you with this.
