We've run into an Issue - Porting my number


I’ve received an SMS saying ID have “run into an issue” saying I’ve entered either the wrong mobile no, last name or transaction number is incorrect. The app doesn’t say this, it says it’ll transfer by 7 June. How can I rectify whatever information is wrong?

Another member posted about the same issue a day or two ago on this forum.

Their port still went ahead OK.
