The iD mobile website and app are showing two completely different payment dates for my direct debit under “Manage My Direct Debit”. I need to know when to ensure money is in my account if I’m expected to pay my bill, so which one is correct? Neither match the date on my bill, and I can’t change the payment date because I did so recently.

It’s possible the date in the app hasn’t quite updated to display the one you’ve changed it to, bills are due to be paid 2 weeks after they’re issued via email.
If you’ve changed your billing date and a bill was already posted that bill will go through on the date before the change, the next one will update.
