Hi,
was placing an order today (05/03/2022) for a pre-order of the Samsung S22 and on the screen after putting in: Name, Address, Card Details, agreeing to the 1p charge, the order process crashed with the following message:
The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
Your support ID is: 17579213551745299063
I clicked the back button and tried again and same result with a slightly different support ID.
So question. Has my order gone through (no emails received so far)?
I don’t want to start the whole process again to end up with two orders. If you could let me know
