Website Crash at time of Order

Hi,

was placing an order today (05/03/2022) for a pre-order of the Samsung S22 and on the screen after putting in:  Name, Address, Card Details, agreeing to the 1p charge, the order process crashed with the following message:

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is:  17579213551745299063

I clicked the back button and tried again and same result with a slightly different support ID.

 

So question.  Has my order gone through (no emails received so far)?  

 

I don’t want to start the whole process again to end up with two orders.  If you could let me know

Order retried. Security checks blocked me for some reason (perfect credit score - so not that).

Placed order with O2. Better total cost anyway.
