Ive recieved an email welcoming me to ID, asking how im getting on a week in. Ive been with ID sibce decmber 2016. Im concerned that i may have been hacked and that someone has used my account to open a new contract or something. I cannot see anything within my accoubt but i have seen this has previously happened with other customers. Can anyone help please.
