Okay @Aamir shahzad, this information should be shown on the invoice you got with the items purchased from iD Mobile.

it’ll be on the Welcome to iD email you got sent after purchase.

This may be in spam/junk folders.

If you still don’t have it, let us know and we can PM you.

Note If you submitted a request to keep your number when you first made a purchase, you do not need to submit a new request. The date you requested will be the date the number switches.
