What to expect when moving my old number across?

Hello, hoping someone can help advise me please.

I have recently moved over to ID from EE.

I went through the online form to move my old number over with the PAC code on Saturday 20th August, I appreciate it takes a bit longer when requesting this over the weekend.. however, as I have not recieved any confirmation yet - what can I expect to know this has been processed? Do ID send you an email/text? 

I’m not yet set up my online profile properly as it of course asks for your number, but I dont wish to put in the ID mobile number if that makes sense as I will ultimately be using my old EE one!

Number ports to iD aren’t usually completed before midday - is your EE SIM inactive?

What kind of issues are you having registering for your optional iD My Account online?
