Hi there,
It has been 24hr since paying my direct debit and despite my account showing as normal on my phone app, my ACC still seems to be suspended.
This is totally unacceptable and there is no way for me to properly contact anyone to help.
If someone can please assist me with this, I've just newly renewed my contract as a long standing customer and I'm extremely unimpressed with the lack of support or information regarding why this has not been resolved.
