when does account go back to normal?

Hi there,

 

It has been 24hr since paying my direct debit and despite my account showing as normal on my phone app, my ACC still seems to be suspended.

 

This is totally unacceptable and there is no way for me to properly contact anyone to help.

If someone can please assist me with this, I've just newly renewed my contract as a long standing customer and I'm extremely unimpressed with the lack of support or information regarding why this has not been resolved.

Okay @Niamh Alexander, the fastest way for you to address your iD account issue is to get in-touch with iD using the online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

The online chat team work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays.

If for some reason you can’t use online chat, just send a private request for assistance to iD Mobile’s social media team on facebook (using Messenger) or Twitter (by Direct Message).

Otherwise, if you don’t mind waiting here, iD Mobile may read your post in a few days.

Hello @Niamh Alexander,

The account would only be suspended if there was a payment overdue. 

I take it you meant you paid manually by a card payment?

If it hasn’t already been lifted please let us know and we will be able to lift the suspension for you.
