Hello!
Ordered an s21 fe on the 17th (10 days ago) via the uswitch website, did not say phone was out of stock
Order confirmation straight away, upfront payment taken straight away..
Couple hours later im told my order is out of stock, despite not being made aware of this when I placed the order
I have a reference number but going round in circles trying to find an answer..?
What do i do?

Try calling the iD telephone sales team - during normal office hours - on 020 7139 1397.
Have you order reference number handy when you call them.
