Where are my sims?

Hi am still awaiting 2 sims from 10 days ago. Please advise!!. Bad enough you failed a credit check for a 3rd now this. Can't believe i get the paperwork for the direct debit but no sims!!.

Please advise thanks

We are sorry to see that the SIM cards have not arrived. They usually arrive within 5 working days so they may have got lost in the post or they have been delayed. We will send you a PM now to get this sorted.

Really Ryan?.

This would be the second time I'm awaiting a private dm to sort this out. I've been charged for a service I've not received sim cards for. I've looking to leave & have taken this up with your ceo. Apparently your escalation team is now investigating.

People beware when moving onto this provider. No way of contacting anyone if it goes wrong, like in my case.
