Hi, I joined ID last month on a 100GB which allegedly rolls over unsued data. I have always had 100GB with previous provider but NEVER used anywhere near that amount.
I regularly check usage so, when I checked my account on Friday evening was surprised to find I only had just over 6GB left. My new bill has landed which shows I only used just over 5200MBÂ so nowhere near 100GB! I have had just over 6GB roll over.

This isn’t a big deal in the scheme of things but something has clearly gone wrong!!
