Trying to transfer to ID Mobile and i don’t have a mobile number on my SIM or any other documents, however i do have a transaction number when purchasing the plan, starting with a 4.
Any help please would be much appreciated. Not a great start with ID to be honest.

If you’re a new iD customer, your new iD SIM card is ready to use.
Pop it in a phone and call or text a friend, who should be able to give you your number.
Alternatively, call your landline from your mobile and hang-up - then dial 1471 on your landline to get your mobile number.
