Hi, 

ordered a phone last night order number [REDACTED] name [REDACTED], received the email please can you tell me where the order is and when it will be despatched as received an email today saying a phone was still in the basket. 
we would like to arrange for some one to be in for delivery.

I’d advise you to edit your post @Rosie Haslam, and remove the order number and name shown in the post.

To check on your order, call 020 7139 1397 (for the iD sales team) during normal office hours.
