Hi, 

I ordered a new SIM card 8 days ago and still haven’t received the order or any tracking information. Help.

Hi @Rachel Fielding SIM cards are sent by Royal Mail and can take 3-5 working days. If you have still not received it we can send you another, or you can collect one in any Currys store.
