where is my sim card?

Hi, where is my sim? I ordered it on 8th of June then received email on 9th saying it’s been dispatched but hasn’t arrived yet. The email says they will send me a tracking number which never happened. I received lots of other emails tho which I found it annoying to start with ID Mobile!

iD send SIM card using Royal Mail post - without tracking.

iD advise online that it takes 3-5 working days for delivery of a SIM card, so it could be several more days before your item is delivered @Amin.g.

Thanks for your reply Andewhite.
I wish I knew this in advance. I already sent my PAC code to set the switching on Wednesday as I didn’t expect 3 to 5 working days for delivering. This is far too long.

Hi @Amin.g 

 

If your SIM card has been dispatched on the 9th it should be with you by 15/06 via Royal Mail.

 

For porting to a SIM only plan we’d recommend a port date after the 5th working day so you aren’t without the services.
