Why am I being charged my old contract amount?

I upgraded to sim only at £10 a month and a direct debit has appeared on my bank account. However, 6 weeks later I am still being charged £29.49 which was my old contract. Why?

Are being charged both the £10 and the £29.49? If so it may be that you placed a new order for a new contract.
