why are there no plans available?

I’m on my first month with ID mobile, paying monthly for 10GB. I’d like to change my plan, but the “change plan” button gives me a “sorry, there are no plans you can change to.” Why can I not change my plan?

Because you're still locked in to your 1 month minimum term.

Hi @issysaucer, you need to have been with us for at least 30 days before you can change your plan.
