I currently have a sim-only plan but am considering a new handset. I am eligible for upgrade but I am not offered any Apple handsets, only a limited selection of other brands.

Why is this? And how can I get an iPhone via this account?

You will only see deals that you are eligible for.

If the Sales Team can’t provide the deal it will mean that you aren’t eligible for a high value handset at the moment.
