Why after being with the company so long not missing payments or anything can I not get a contract phone

What contract do you currently have and what are you wanting to upgrade it to?

Have you checked your upgrade deals via the app and website?

Sadly it Nothing to do with missing payments with ID it's your credit score it goes by and if 1 computer tells another computer it's too low that's it.

Hey @Charlotte Ashworth Are you talking about an upgrade for your existing contract or buying a new one outright?

If you are on a SIM only and upgrading, you need to wait 6-months before you can do this.

For new contracts, as @mitts advised, it’s subject to a credit check.
