Why does my plan period change and they keep the same data

My phone plan was from the 21st of one month to the 20th of the following month. I changed my payment date and my new plan is from the 21st of one month to the 13th of two months later. I mean, I had 30 days in my first plan and now 53 days and with the same GB of navigation. please explain to me

Hey @Vladimir Mujica, each billing period is 30 days. If you changed your Direct Debit date to the 13th, then it’d change it to the 13th of the following month, not the current month. Your next bill will be slightly higher to cover the 53 days, and will return to normal from next month.

What I want to know is why they do not make a proration of the GIGAS that I have in a period that is no longer 30 days but 53 days

Allowances refresh every 30 days and differs from your payment date.

If you check your iD Mobile app it will tell you the allowances that you have and how many days you have to use them. 

If it shows more than 30 days please send us a screenshot here.
