We’ve had some ports that were supposed to be on the 2nd of May delayed to the 3rd, are you still having issues? Please let us know so we can get in touch.

I am having major issues, my number was supposed to transfer 17th April and its still not done! 

 

Suggest calling the complaints team ASAP (although it's not done me any good so far)
