Why is ID Mobile customer services so rubbish?

Online chat has rarely worked and it's impossible to get any service or answers!

How can a business survive with such rubbish customer support?

ID Mobile is one of the youngest network on the market and they are keep working hard on improving things like customer service, reception, offers and mobile app. Not that long ago they have created this community so there is a place for all customers to ask for help or leave feedback. Guys like @Ryan, @Mohammed , @Kevin , @Nikhil P and others are visit the community frequently to assist customers with their enquiries. I am with ID from the beginning and they have already improved a lot since then so I am pretty confident that in the future the only way for them is to get better and better. I could recommend you leave your feedback her and guys mentioned above will forward it to appropriate teams.

There customer service is rubbish! Can't wait for my contract to end so I can leave this network tbh.. And Hikari doesn't work for ID mobile much does he 😂
