why is my 4g data not working?

My phone isn't loading anything online when I'm not connected to wifi. 

 It is doing my head in!

 

I have tried off and on, airplane mode and restarting. I need it sorting asap

Are you having this issue just at home or in multiple locations?

It may also be worth testing the SIM in a different handset.

I am having the problem in multiple locations. It has been working fine up until now. I got the new phone and SIM in march so I have no idea why it isn't working now. 

 

Will it work in another phone??

Is it not working at all or is it slow?

 

Do you have bars of signal?

 

The SIM will work in another supported unlocked device.

It says 4G in the top corner of my phone but nothing is working. It's not even trying to load. I think I need a new sim card. Why would it randomly stop working? This will be my 3rd sim card in 3 months.

What device are you using it in?

 

Have you tried the SIM in another supported device?

 

It’d be weird for 3 SIM cards to stop working over 3 months, SIM cards typically last years without issue, this would point to something else being wrong, not the SIM specifically.

It is the Google pixel 6a I think... I'll go back to Currys.

I’d recommend seeing if you can try your SIM card in another device to test, it may also we worth having the team at Currys take a look and decide if it’s worth having it sent off under it’s warranty.
