I don't understand why my bill is double the amount it normally is?? There are no charges on the account. Please contact me asap.
I changed the date. But it went out on the new date in October and for some reason seems like it might not have in November?!
Changing the date of your direct debit will cause the normal payment amount to change for one billing cycle.
If you think there’s an issue with your iD account, I recommend contacting the iD social media customer support team on facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message) for assistance.
FYI, out-of-hours messages on social media are picked-up when the social media team next start work.

If you’ve changed you direct debit date one of your bills will be more to account for the longer billing period.
