The iPhone 13 supports 5G services as do all iD SIM cards - although, currently there aren’t that many locations where you get 5G coverage
What makes you think 5G is not activated?

Thank you. It says in my email after ordering “ iD 5G connectivity is not available on this phone. However it will work on our 3G and 4G network.” Which I thought was strange, but perhaps why they are offering 200GB data at such good deals. I dont get coverage in my home town, but nice to know I have it if I travel.

I’ve got an iPhone 13 and 5G works great where it’s available.
I don’t know why iD Mobile send out the incorrect information about 5G in their emails, but you’re not the first to question it here.
