You can keep an eye on the actual network status in your area using the following online page:
Network Status Checker - check your signal (from three - iD's network partner)
If your indoor 3G/4G/5G coverage is bad, you could try the iD Wi-Fi Calling service - assuming your handset is on the iD Mobile Wi-Fi Calling supported devices list.
