Why is there not ID Mobile Number on my receipt?

I have been trying to swap provider to you using a PAC. I have received the SIM card and several email receipts with the Transaction Number but none of them have an ID Mobile Number as requested by the Switch to ID Mobile Page so I am unable to complete the setup.

Your iD SIM card is ready to use in your handset @PKearl. 
If you insert the new SIM, then call or text a friend or family member, they should be able to tell you the mobile number iD have allocated for your new connection.

Or on Android phone go into SETTINGS/SYSTEM/About Phone and hey presto🤣
