Why is this so so difficult?

I need to cancel a contract but as I don’t have the phone, or the number, or the log in details, I am completely stuck.  It’s taken me ages to work out this system of messages so fingers crossed that someone answers me.

Thanks for your reply.  This page doesn’t help unfortunately.  I’m no longer with ID and wish to cancel my monthly payment.  Maybe you can accept this message as confirmation that I am cancelling?
