W hey doesn’t phone keep saying no connection. I’m sick of it. Luke last time when phone went down. I need a better service than this so will have to change This afternoon again no connection ?????

Phone saying 4g The. bars very low so I have no connection part of this afternoon. Really not good enough after the last time not long ago when it was off nearly all day I need this phone as I get called out due to an I’ll relative. Is this a fault on network ??? Stoke on Trent
