Wont accept PAC Code details

I enter my PAC code from Three, Surname, Transaction number, old number and new number as requested. Says Something Wrong.

Any tips

Get in-touch with iD customer service by Live Chat, or privately by using either their facebook page or Twitter page.

Even if you managed to submit your PAC now, the port won’t happen until next week - see below:
