wont take payment

Hi. My partner is trying to take out a sim only deal but when he enters his card details it says ooops the details you have entered are incorrect. Despite the details definitely being correct it keeps saying the same. Anyone got any suggestions. It’s like ID mobile don’t want his business

The card holder’s address will need to match the delivery address exactly.

Hey @StacyD,

One of the main issues will likely be the address or name,

Make sure all billing details of the card match the billing details of the iD account.

Make sure it’s in the same name as the account holder also.

Try removing the space or entering one as it needs to match.
