Why did I receive a cable with two phone ports instead of one phone port and one USB port to allow me to charge the updated phone ??

That’s what the phone manufacturers are supplying with their handsets these days.

I guess your options are: get a USB-A to USB-C adaptor for your power supply, or purchase a new power supply.Â
Thanks I have found one that fits but it is old I will need to buy a new one. Thanks for your help.
I do think IDMobile when upgrading should now explain and give you the opportunity to purchase a charge cable if you need one. I’m amazed they missed the opportunity to do so!!
