I've recently changed to iD from o2 and changed everything over with my pac number. When I text people from my phone it comes up with my iD number but when my husband calls my old number it still calls my phone on the right (old o2 number)

If you still have your ‘old’ phone, I’d recommend doing the same on the old handset as well.

In that case, I’d suggest checking the user guide for your handset.
